Product Description

High alumina brick is a kind of neutral refractory material with alumina content over 48%.igh alumina brick is a kind of neutral refractory material with alumina content over 48%. The raw material of high alumina refractory brick is bauxite or other ore with high alumina content. High alumina brick has high thermal stability and fire resistance above 1700ºC. High alumina bricks have better thermal conductivity than clay bricks. Because Al2O3 in high aluminum products is high and has less miscellaneous mass, softening temperature under load is higher than clay bricks. The thermal shock resistance of high alumina bricks is between clay and silica products.

Hard Fireclay bricks are alumina silicate bricks with the refractoriness of SK 32-34 and contain 35- 45% alumina.The bricks are made from various raw materials of fire clay, calcined chamotte,mullite etc.they are highly resistant to abrasion,spalling and corrosion.Because the bricks have low porosity,high strength, good resistance to thermal spalling and to abrasion and to creep,Jucos fireclay brick are applied for the linings of Coke Ovens,Glass furnace,Cement Rotary Kilns,Lime Kilns,Various Incinerators,Reheating Furnaces etc..
